This month’s update introduces several thoughtful enhancements designed to streamline workflows and bolster data security within Results Software. The Smarter Contacts Search now visually flags inactive contacts by prefixing their names with [INACTIVE] in italics, helping users avoid confusion and redundant actions. The Permission‑Based Data Masking feature reinforces privacy in the Projects module: now, financial fields tied to Invoices or Sales Orders are visible only to users with the proper module access, minimizing exposure to sensitive data.
In addition, Results has improved cost tracking and integration. Plus, the QuickBooks Desktop Sync has been updated to use the enhanced Project Financials when importing Sales Orders or Invoices to ensure that financial figures stay accurate and consistent across platforms.
