Founder & CEO
Sam has 35+ years of experience in business management consulting, Information Technology, and software development. He is a national speaker and published author on various business management topics. Sam has set up several companies over the years.
Randy Johnston
Co-Founder & CTO
Randy is a nationally recognized educator, consultant, and writer with 40+ years’ experience in strategic technology planning, systems and network integration, accounting software selection, business development, contingency planning, and process engineering.
Bob Lewis
Chief Revenue Officer
Bob is a career channel sales, marketing and partner program executive with 25+ years of experience creating and managing high growth revenue teams in the SMB and mid-market finance, accounting software and business payments industries.
Bob is married with 2 children and resides in Bellevue, WA. He invests his time outside of work with family and friends, focusing on travel and engaging in outdoor activities like skiing, golfing, hiking, playing tennis or pickleball.
Randy Johnston has been an entrepreneur, technologist, and teacher for most of his career. He has helped start and run numerous businesses, and founded Network Management Group, Inc. He owns 50% of K2 Enterprises and is best known for his early and on-going knowledge in networks.
Randy has had the opportunity to consult for most leading technology companies in the U.S.. Randy likes answering questions one-on-one so he can fulfill his mission; to help as many people as possible use technology in a way that benefits them most. He always takes time away from work to enjoy his family, church, and civic organizations.

In 1985, Sam established DPS Consulting, a family-run business, to deliver consulting and application development services to a diverse client base — from startups to government agencies.
In 2002, Sam developed and launched Results® by Results Software — an award-winning CRM, project, business and Field Service Management solution that helps organizations centralize their data, streamline their operations and gain a competitive advantage. In 2017, Results Software was acquired by Abacus Data Systems. Sam joined AbacusNext from 2017 to 2018 as Executive Vice President of Product, to transition Results Software to AbacusNext. Sam re-acquired Results Software in 2023.
In 2019, Sam launched DoMore — a Dubai-based and employee-owned company. In 2020, the DoMore® Platform was released. DoMore® is designed and built from the ground up by industry veterans as a platform that delivers integrated business solutions with built-in CRM and operations management to empower organizations with the ideal business solutions and the operational tools that they need to succeed. DoMore® is currently deployed globally under various brand names and with specialized functionality and integrations to serve various markets and industries.
In 2023, Sam formed Results Software, LLC and acquired Results Software back from Abacus Data System, and released the improved Results® solution. Sam and his team, including the three directors that ran Results Software before the 2017 acquisition – keeping their positions and titles, are delivering to the Results clients the attention and services that they need as well as a the option of using the latest technology available with the new Results® solution. The Results® solution is a flexible and customizable CRM for Service Operations and Field Service Management solution that is fully based on the DoMore® Platform that the combined team has spent the last four years building from the ground up and tailoring it into a mature global product line, with a global presence!
