Priority Response Time

As of 2016, the annual Priority Support plan is an optional upgrade at 20% of the product price with an Initial Order. For One-time Purchase, first year of Standard Support is included in the purchase price. Annual Support is required and will renew automatically for future years, at 20% for Standard and 30% for Priority Support. Priority Support can only be acquired as part of the initial Results software purchase and needs to be kept current and active to receive the support services.
