Results Software Integrates with Constant Contact to Deliver a CRM Solution Designed to Serve the Small Business Market
Results Software today announced the integration of Results CRM with Constant Contact, by Constant Contact®, Inc. (NASDAQ: CTCT) as a technology partner. The resulting integration will help users centralize and organize lists, including QuickBooks and Outlook contacts, and create targeted campaigns and review the results of those campaigns from within the CRM. Sales and service follow-ups, stemming from the campaign itself, can be assigned to users of the CRM. Then finally, the details of the campaign (opens, click-throughs, etc.) can be easily viewed from within the CRM for immediate follow-up. Results CRM will be featured in Constant Contact’s MarketPlace, an online app store that connects small businesses with tools and services that enable them to work faster and make smarter marketing and business decisions.
