Results is full of features designed to customize the user experience. Each user can select the default Activity Type based on what Activity they add to the system the most often. The selected Activity Type will appear by default anytime that user adds an Activity to the system.
To set your default Activity Type:
- Navigate to the Tools tab and click on Options in the Configuration group.
- On the Configuration Options screen, navigate to the Activity tab.
- Select the Activity you use most often from the field labeled, “Specify the default Activity Type, when an Activity record is added”.
- Click OK.
- The next time you add an Activity, the Activity Type will default to the value you selected.
