Mobilization Processing System – was
created for the U.S. Marine Corps and later adapted to the U.S. Navy to track
the mobilization process and field needs of their reservists.
Scholarship and Grant Management – was created for Freedom
Alliance to track the applications and award of scholarships to family members
of soldiers that have died or were permanently disabled in the line of duty.
IT Helpdesk & Work Order Tracking – was created for the
International Monetary Fund (IMF) to help the IT Helpdesk analyst to track the
trouble calls made by Fund Staff as well as work orders for scheduled tasks like
moves and installs. The system was used by over 250 users and generated over
10,000 calls a month.
Multifamily Portfolio Reporting Datamart – was created for
the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to meet the internal and
FOIA reporting needs of HUD headquarters and their field offices relating to the
multifamily portfolio and all key information on Section 8 contracts, FHA
Insurance, loans & grants.
Individualized Education Program (IEP) – was created
for the Office of Special Education in the Harford County Public Schools (HCPS) system
for more than 400 Special Educators and Specialists to track, manage and report
on serving 5,500+ students with special needs.
Export Notification Tracking System (ENTS) – was
created for the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to track all shipments of
chemicals from the USA to foreign countries.
Integrated Preservation Software (IPS) – was created
for the National Park Service (NPS) to manage bibliographic data.
Civil Processing Management System (CPMS) – was created
for police agencies to track and manage civil papers and services.
GoSell Membership Opportunity Tracking – was created
for the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) to track customers and
prospects and the networking relationships between them.
CallCard Tracking – was created for Quarter Call Incorporated (QCI) to manage their residential and calling card phone service. CallCard included the following modules: order entry, call history importing & tracking; customer service; reporting & forecasting.
