Results Outlook Integration

The Results Outlook Integration module is included in all versions of Results CRM to allow users to send information back and forth between Outlook and Results.  This will allow you to get full visibility of emails (including multiple attachments) within Results.  It also provides a way to bi-directionally synchronize your calendars and contact information. 

Using the Results QuickAdd technology, emails, contact records, and appointments can quickly be sent from Outlook into Results.  With Results QuickAdd, emails that get copied into Results will have all of their attachments automatically preserved and can be linked to the appropriate contact record, sales opportunity and/or project.  These emails maintain their original formatting and, once filed, can be quickly accessed by all users.

The Outlook Integration module also allows users to export any set of activities, contacts and/or associate records from Results into Outlook as well as search any Outlook database from within Results
