Since 1985, Results Software has provided Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Business Management Solutions to a diverse client base. Results has helped organizations of all sizes, from small businesses and non-profits, to associations, corporations, contractors and government agencies, streamline their operations, improve efficiencies and increase their performance.

Recognizing that the need to manage multiple details across business processes applies to small companies as much as it does to larger clients, Results Software has created its comprehensive contact and business management software. Known as Results®, the company's flagship product integrates the key contact and business processes to control all the critical customer management details from initial contact to invoicing to final payment within one software application.

In addition to developing Results®, Results Software has delivered a wide variety of projects for its clients. We have designed and created many specialized applications, to meet various business needs and delivered analysis and consulting services in many areas of computer technology.

Results Software helps protect and build on our clients’ investment through complete services including consulting, systems analysis, custom programming, data conversion, custom reports and training.

Naseem Saab
President & Founder

Naseem Saab is the president and founder of Results Software with more than 22 years of experience in the computer consulting and software development industries. Naseem leads the strategic direction of Results Software and is a recognized pioneer in the CRM industry and office technologies. Naseem is a frequent speaker on topics including business growth strategies, office automation, leveraging CRM to boost sales and streamlining business processes.

Naseem's role as a recognized innovator in providing solutions to small and mid-size businesses is an outgrowth of his management experience and business philosophies. Recognizing the consistent need of businesses to maximize the efficiency of limited resources, Naseem developed and launched Results in 1986. Leveraging the Results model, Naseem helps our clients streamline their operations, increase efficiency and improve customer relationships.

He enjoys meeting with prospects and clients and helping them focus on their need for automation and on building systems that meet their expectations and business needs. He is a graduate of San Francisco State University with a degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering.


George Rick
Vice President, Business Development & Strategic Planning

George Rick has over forty years of business experience in the information technology industry that includes hardware and software sales, product development and manufacturing, business operations and data processing services. He has successfully managed large sales organizations, computer data centers and various military and defense related projects. His personal contributions have ranged from developing operating system code for IBM mainframe computers, selling computer performance software for The Boeing Company to operating and managing specialized manufacturing facilities serving the defense/intelligence community.

George’s business approach is based on a “customer first” philosophy that requires quality products, timely service, strong leadership, hard work, integrity and a strong commitment to excellence. He has successfully utilized a consultative approach to developing business solutions across various industries and personally established and operated his own international defense related business for twenty years.

George served in the U.S. Navy as a military officer during the Vietnam War and has a degree in Mathematics from the University of Richmond. He is an avid chess and card player who also enjoys hiking, backpacking and other outdoor activities.


Mayya Saab
Vice President, Consulting Services

Mayya Saab serves as the vice president of Consulting Services and oversees business development, hiring and administration. Mayya Saab has fifteen years of experience in the information technology sector which includes business development, hiring, contract oversight and administration. Mayya has also been charged with the development of organization wide process improvement plans. Mayya has effectively managed multiple contracts but most notably, she grew a contract from fifteen office automation staff to sixty highly technical professionals. With her exceptional organizational skills, she assesses projects and tasks, recommends the appropriate project direction, and then successfully executes direction. Under her leadership, a contract doubled in size and revenue in just two years.

Mayya’s management philosophy is rooted in maintaining a cohesive team that is committed to preserving client satisfaction. She accomplishes this by instituting thorough project tracking mechanisms, maintaining excellent relationships with clients and building a cohesive team that delivers solutions. She is a graduate of George Mason University with a degree in International Affairs.
